Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and the natural variations of cork material.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer. For defective items, we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Contact returns@kayaeco.com to initiate a return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Kaya Eco Living and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Reviews and content you submit

When you submit a review, photo or video, you confirm it is yours and reflects your honest experience with a product you bought or used. You give Kaya Eco Living a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it, with the name you entered, on kayaeco.com, in our social channels and in our marketing, and to shorten it without changing its meaning. We may decline or remove any submission. Reviews linked to an order are marked "verified". If we ever offer anything in return for a review, we say so next to it.

11. Warranty

Cork yoga mats and cork water bottles carry a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The full terms, exclusions and how to claim are on our Warranty page.
