Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days and expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. All orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

For non-defective items, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we'll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Cork oaks are never cut down. The bark is hand-stripped every 9–12 years, allowing the tree to regenerate. These trees can live up to 300 years and absorb up to 5x more CO₂ after harvesting.
